grarglemarglepllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
hay guess whut. It's friggin' early. I need to catch that bus to campus. But I think I'll miss it, 'cause I was supposed to be leaving the apartment by 7, and I'm still sitting around in my jammies. I had a couple brownies for breakfast. I made 'em last night 'cause I was bored. They're really chewy. It's okay if I miss the first bus, though. Another one's comin' around in a little bit. And I just decided to look at when the bookstore opens, and it opens at 8. So, I'm in no hurry. It's too early to go, and too late to go back to bed. But I'm gettin' my friggin textbooks toDAY, dangit.
UPDATE
Right now, I'm listening to this soprano sing the Queen of the Night Aria by Mozart (Now, I can't think of anyone else but Tom Hulce and his laugh. Amadeus, anyone?) I know for a fact (my voice teacher told me) that the highest note I can sing is a half-step below the highest note in that song. I want to take voice lessons again, so maybe I can get that last note. Meh.
I have my books, I've taken the dogs out, watered the plant. There's some laundry that needs to be put away, and I need to charge my phone and empty the dishwasher. But really, all I want to do today is watch Disney movies. I saw this thing on the food network last night, where they had a challenge (I love the challenges, because they usually involve cake, sugar or chocolate) to make Disney Villain cakes. There was a Jafar cake (that looked kinda awful), a Scar cake (that looked kinda awful AND his head fell off), an Ursula cake by Bronwen Webber that got third(she's from Dallas... I've decided I love Ursula. She's the only full-figured Disney character I can think of besides the Queen of Hearts, plus she's easily the most glamorous. In short, Ursula is awesome)Second place was a Cruella DeVil cake (gotta love her hair) and the first place cake was this AWESOME Captain Hook cake. It had Hook, Smee and the clockwork croc.
Again, I really wanna watch me some good old hand-drawn Disney classics. Toby and Sophie couldn't care less. They're both conked out by my chair.
School starts in less than a week. It's hard to believe. But at least on Monday I only have one class. I really need to start timing to see how long it takes me to get to campus, so I'm not late for class. I'd post my schedule, but I think this entry is getting to be a bit long.
